A 20% non-refundable deposit is required to book all piercing appointments. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.

We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.
Cancellations made with proper notice may transfer their deposit one time to a new appointment date.

Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit, incur a $50 no-show fee, and may be restricted from booking future piercing appointments.

All piercing services are final. Once a procedure has been performed, we do not offer refunds.
