  • For the most part, yes — within reason and within skill set. We always encourage you to review each artist’s portfolio to ensure their style and strengths align with your vision.

Cypress Swamp Tattoo is a safe, respectful space. We do not tattoo racist, hateful, discriminatory, or extremist imagery. We proudly support the LGBTQIA+ community and people of all backgrounds, beliefs, and identities. We will never impose our views on you — but we will not participate in hate, bigotry, or harmful symbolism.

Our artists reserve the right to decline any tattoo request that falls outside their skill set, comfort level, or personal boundaries.

  • Most of the time, our artists complete designs close to, or at the time of, your appointment. We do not typically send designs in advance.

We know this can feel nerve-wracking — you’re excited, you’re investing money, and this is permanent. Drawing close to the appointment allows artists to stay creatively focused, make final placement adjustments in person, and give each project the attention it deserves.

If you would prefer to see your design in advance, speak directly with your artist. In some cases, this may be available for an additional drawing fee.

Thank you for trusting the process.

  • You may bring one guest.

Due to the size of our studio and the fact that we share our parking lot with several other businesses, we’re unable to accommodate large groups.

For the comfort of other clients and artists, please limit your support crew to one respectful adult.

We reserve the right to ask any guest to step out if they are disrupting the tattoo process or making others uncomfortable.

We work hard to maintain a calm, focused environment — and we appreciate your help in keeping it that way.

  • A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book all piercing appointments. Your deposit goes toward the total cost of your service.

  • We require at least 24 hours’ notice to reschedule or cancel your appointment.

Cancellations made with proper notice may transfer their deposit once to a new appointment date.

  • Clients who fail to show up without notice will forfeit their deposit, incur a $50 no-show fee, and may be restricted from booking future tattoo appointments, unless the $50 no-show fee is paid.

  • All tattoo services are final.

Once a procedure has been performed, we do not offer refunds.
